I was disappointed, especially since it was my first time trying this place. The drinks tasted really watery, and my lunch seemed kind of stale. Not exactly the first impression that makes me want to come back.

I was really excited for the lazy river because that’s usually my favorite part of places like this. I’d been picturing just floating around, zoning out for a while, maybe pretending I was on vacation somewhere way nicer than I actually was. But it just wasn’t relaxing at all. It was crowded, people kept bumping into us, and the flow was weirdly slow in some spots but not in a peaceful way. More like everyone was getting stuck together. For what we paid, I expected a much better experience. We asked the staff about it, but they didn’t really seem that bothered or interested in helping. I get that places get busy, and I’ve worked customer service before so I try not to be that person, but it was frustrating. We ended up leaving annoyed.

The park was mostly clean overall, and we still had a decent time. It’s not even about expecting everything to look brand new, but for the price, I did think the bathrooms and a few of the walkways would be kept up a little better. Nothing was terrible, just a bit more worn than I expected.

The dolphins were really cute and fun to see, so that part was definitely nice. But the staff rushed us through pretty much everything, which made it hard to actually enjoy the moment. I’m assuming they were trying to keep things moving on schedule, but it felt like the whole experience followed the same rushed pattern from start to finish.

I had a good day overall and everything technically worked out fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like a disaster or anything. But the wetsuit I got felt worn in, like it had been used a lot, and it was kind of stretched out in a few places. I noticed some of the other gear looked a bit old too, which wasn’t a huge issue in the moment, but I guess for the price I was expecting everything to feel a little nicer or better maintained. Still enjoyed the experience, just wish the equipment had matched the cost a bit more.

The staff were really friendly and professional, and they made us feel taken care of. Whenever we had questions, they helped us quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience feel easy and trustworthy.

Arrival was smooth overall. I was a bit scattered from rushing out the door and probably overthinking a few little things, but everything went fine and was easy to deal with.

I had a really nice day at Discovery Cove. The trainers were super knowledgeable and you can tell they actually care about the animals, it didn’t feel like they were just putting on a show. They answered questions, kept everything calm, and made the animal interactions feel safe and well handled. I’m giving 4 stars because check-in was a little slow and confusing at first, but once we got past that, the experience was really good.

From what I remember, the snorkeling itself was really fun and the fish were cool to see up close. The only downside was how quickly the reef area filled up with people. I guess I was expecting a little more room to move around, so that part felt a bit cramped after a while

Our booking ended up getting cancelled because of the weather, which was a little disappointing since I’d already set aside the day for it and even checked the forecast that morning while having coffee. The refund did come through, but it took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal in the end, just something to be aware of.

It was definitely busy, but to their credit, they kept the numbers under control for most of the day. I’ve seen places handle crowds a lot worse, so I guess that’s something.

I booked Discovery Cove online and the reservation went through without any issues, but I’ll admit I was a little nervous about missing something or getting fooled by extra add-ons. Some of the details, like the add-ons and timing, weren’t super clear right away, so I had to click around quite a bit before I felt comfortable paying. The confirmation email did come through quickly, which was reassuring. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but the process could definitely be a little more straightforward

The place itself looked really nice, and the staff were fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the water was just way too cold for me. Like, the kind of cold where you get in and immediately tense up, your shoulders go up to your ears, you start doing that awkward little bounce to stay warm, and after a few minutes you’re not thinking about relaxing or having fun anymore, you’re just thinking about getting out. I tried to give it a chance, but I was shivering most of the time. For the price, I expected it to feel more comfortable and enjoyable, not like I was forcing myself to stay in. Maybe some people don’t mind cold water, like if they’re used to cold plunges or swimming in lakes or just have a higher tolerance, but for me it made the whole day less fun

We ended up buying the photo package at Discovery Cove, and overall I’m glad we did, but I did hesitate a bit because it’s definitely not cheap. The dolphin pictures came out really nice, probably the best ones from the whole day. That said, I was a little disappointed there weren’t more candid shots included. A lot of them felt kind of posed, and for the price I expected a bit more variety. Still, it was nice not having to stress about taking our own pictures all day, so I’d say it was worth it in the end. I’d give it 4 stars.

There was just nowhere to sit. We looked around and around, but every spot was either taken or not available. It was frustrating, especially when you just want to sit down for a minute.

I was really hoping for a calm, relaxing day, but I think I just went at a bad time. The place was crowded and noisy, and it felt like everyone was being rushed through.
